◆ i try to finish the commission within 2-3 weeks or more (case by case basis) after receiving payment. ◆ no deadlines. should you require a deadline, please place your order minimally 3 weeks beforehand. ◆ complex details based on my discretion, will be charged extra. ◆ i have the rights to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time. ◆ the commission can be private at no extra charge. the client must let me know in advance. ◆ i reserve the right to include any showcases of the commission in my portfolio. ◆ upon completion of your commission, you will receive: ◇ the original size .png/.pdf file, including my watermark ◇ depending on the commission type, you may receive other file types, such as .mov, .gif, etc ◆ i won’t draw anything i am not comfortable with, i have the right to refuse the commission.	◆ i own the full rights to the artwork. ◆ i do not claim property of the subjects that i am commission to draw. ◆ i am free to post WiPs of the commission and/or stream the process. you, the client: ◆ must credit axel as the artist of the commissioned piece ◆ is free to use the commission for personal use only ◇ e.g. usage on personal sites or social media. the commission may be reuploaded, used as icons, etc ◇ making physical prints for themselves or as gifts ◆ cannot use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and AI purposes. ◆ commercial usage is not allowed, unless the respective fee has been paid. commercial usage could include the following: ◇ product : making merchandise of the commissioned work for sale or profit ◇ promotional : usage of the commissioned piece as assets for streaming, or donation supported sites, such YouTube, Patreon, etc. ◇ reselling the commissioned work.

◆ payment via paylah, paynow or cash! ◆ for art commissions, i must be paid before i start the commission. ◆ please pay within 10 days of receiving the invoice. ◆ for design commissions, invoices will be sent when the product has been completed. ◆ payment must be done by the client - no third parties allowed. ◆ refunds and cancellation! only applicable for art and design commissions! ◇ the client may cancel the commission request at no charge if they have not paid the invoice. ◇ im okay for full refunds before ive begun work, partial if im partway through, and no refund once ive finished your piece.	after your order is placed and payment is completed, i will get back to you within a week or two at most with a draft of your commission. from the draft, we can discuss any further requests or details! once the final draft is completed, there are no refunds or cancellations after the final draft has been approved! from there, your commission (shirt, jacket, poster, artwork, etc.) will be processed and completed! if i make a mistake due to not following what the request clearly states, then i correct my mistakes, free of charge. by commissioning me, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of my terms and conditions. if you have any questions regarding my terms, please contact me about your concerns!
